RED Global Awards 2026 and Forbes Romania Name Greystar's Korzinka Logistics Center the Best Logistic Center in Central Asia
BUCHAREST, Romania - June 17, 2026
RED Global Awards and Forbes Romania have named the Korzinka Logistics Center in Surum the Best Logistic Center in Central Asia. The facility was designed and built by Greystar under a single EPC contract.
The project delivers 49,684 m² of Grade A logistics infrastructure — the most advanced of its kind in Uzbekistan. It was completed 10 days ahead of schedule and within budget. The building features a CO₂ cooling system and holds the EDGE Advanced green certification.

Greystar is currently developing the Tashkent Logistics Hub - 37,524 m² of Class A dry warehouse space on the M39 ring road - scheduled for commissioning in May 2027.
