GreyStar Real Estate Parteners Featured in The Uzbek Review’s Membership Directory 2026

Tashkent, Uzbekistan - June 2026
CEO Calin Anton

We are featured in the Uzbekistan Country Profile & Membership Directory 2026, published by The Uzbek Review in partnership with EUROUZ — the Europe-Uzbekistan Association for Economic Cooperation.

The directory presents leading international and local companies operating in Uzbekistan as Essential Members of the Association, confirming their institutional standing and operational track record in the region.
Our entry highlights 25 years of industrial EPC experience and over 2,500,000 m² of delivered projects globally. The publication also references our flagship completed asset in Uzbekistan, the 49,684 m² DC Korzinka Surum distribution centre, delivered ahead of schedule and within budget.

The same edition profiles the Executive & Diplomatic Leaders Club, one of EUROUZ’s standing committees, chaired by our CEO Calin Anton. Operating under the Chatham House Rule, the Club brings together C-suite executives, ambassadors, deputy heads of mission, and senior Uzbek officials for off-the-record dialogue on trade, investment, and the country’s economic outlook. Over the past year, the Club hosted three closed-door gatherings in Tashkent, each attended by around 30 senior representatives from international companies, diplomatic missions, and government institutions — contributing to new commercial partnerships and stronger coordination between the private sector and diplomatic missions across the region.
Looking ahead, the Club’s priorities include industrial modernisation, logistics and infrastructure, energy transition, and new trade corridors connecting Central Asia and Europe.

Our inclusion in this publication reflects our growing institutional presence in Central Asia, alongside our flagship Tashkent Logistics Hub project - currently under construction on the M39 ring road, with commissioning scheduled for May 2027.
